Une déclaration dite " Déclaration de Libreville ", a été signée par tous les responsables afin de formaliser l’engagement pris conjointement de poursuivre le processus. Un réseau des institutions de formation forestière et environnementale d’Afrique centrale (RIFFEAC) a été mis en place pour faciliter le pilotage de l’ensemble du dispositif. |
