Cet engagement a produit un projet d’appui au RIFFEAC du part de l’Organisation Internationale des Bois Tropicaux (OIBT), l’Union Mondiale pour la Nature-Bureau Régional pour l’Afrique Centrale (UICN-BRAC) et l’Ecole Nationale des Eaux et Forets (ENEF) du Gabon. Une déclaration dite " Déclaration de Libreville ", a été signée par tous les responsables afin de formaliser l’engagement pris conjointement de poursuivre le processus. Un réseau des institutions de formation forestière et environnementale d’Afrique centrale (RIFFEAC) a été mis en place pour faciliter le pilotage de l’ensemble du dispositif. |
